Members are always welcome and the resident forum is one of the first agenda items. Please help provide feedback, bring questions or concerns or simply support the board volunteers.
WHO DOESN’T LIKE A PARTY????? If you like to plan events or have ideas for events that community should have, please join the Social Committee. We’re looking for volunteers to help plan several activities in 2020. Please go to the CONTACT US page and send a message to the office that you’re interested.
The Board would like to show our appreciate and gratitude to Jim Daugherty, Mike Bodine and Chuck Molzen for all their hard work regarding the flood plain. We’ve received notice that the DNR and FEMA have approved our appeal that began years ago. Jim, Mike and Chuck have spent a lot of their time and efforts serving all of us to get this across the finish line. There will be more details and a special link coming soon. Even if you don’t live in the flood plain, the community budget is impacted-so all of us will see benefits for not paying for the added insurance and fees. THANK YOU GENTLMEN!
The FESHA BOD would like to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year!
REMINDER: This year’s annual members meeting will be February 9 @ 1PM at the clubhouse. This is an opportunity to elect new board members and discuss the past year and upcoming years. Refreshments will be served.
2020 Ballots & Dues reminders have been sent out. Please be on the lookout for your ballot(s) and dues payment reminder. Please don’t return your dues with the ballot as we cannot open them until Feb 9 at the members meeting. Contact the office, or click CONTACT US.

Welcomes You

Nestled in the hills just north of Martinsville, conveniently located about half way between Indianapolis and Bloomington, Foxcliff Estates South is an easy commute to either destination. We are just minutes to government offices, cultural attractions, sporting venues, major health facilities, shopping, educational, and numerous employment and manufacturing opportunities. Foxcliff combines the pleasures of a relaxed rural lifestyle in a residential area with easy access to larger urban areas.

Foxcliff Estates South is a community of 399 lots with single family homes. There are lots available for new construction in hilly wooded sections as well as more open flat terrain. Homes range in size from a minimum of 2000 square feet to over 5000 square feet. We are a diverse community with residents whose families have been Hoosier natives for generations to new arrivals from all over the United States and foreign nations.

Some of the amenities of our community include several small lakes, a neighborhood swimming pool, tennis courts, and newly refurbished clubhouse. Our neighbor to the north also has a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a manor house which can be used by South residents. An eighteen hole golf course, Foxcliff Golf Club, wends through both Foxcliff South and Foxcliff North. Our private roads are well maintained as are our common areas. Our Association is fiscally sound, carrying no debt, with adequate reserves for maintaining our capital assets and a very low annual dues structure.

We recommend

“I love Foxcliff because it’s a beautiful neighborhood. I love Foxcliff because of the 8 am sunrise on that first spring day when I drive past a green manicured open space with mature trees. I love foxcliff because my backyard isn’t another house, but a green space that’s mowed at least weekly. I love foxcliff because I can feel, and hear when spring starts. And I love Foxcliff because it’s a safe space to raise kids with activities for them. From the pool, to the tennis courts, to the golf course, to the playgrounds. I love Foxcliff because it’s not constantly under construction.”

“We used to drive around through this neighborhood and we were waiting until we were empty nesters to move on. I love the beautiful little piece of the Earth that is mine. Complete privacy, nature galore, so many friendly people, beautiful common areas, 2 pools that we can go to that are well-maintained, tennis courts should I ever decide to play tennis LOL. There are lots of activities! I just joined the bunco group, great fun! Music and food on Friday nights. Pigs & Pinot this September! Who could ask for anything more?”
