Our Community

Foxcliff Estates South is situated between Indianapolis and Bloomington, just north of Martinsville, Indiana between SR 37 on the east and SR 67 on the west. Our community has 401 platted lots with approximately 240 homes. Our neighbors include Foxcliff North and the Foxcliff Golf Club whose back nine winds through our neighborhood. Some of the fine amenities enjoyed at Foxcliff South are a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and several fishing lakes.
