Phone Installed, Rental Contract Revised
We have installed a phone in the common area of the Clubhouse. This phone shares a line with the Pool Phone. During pool operating hours, pool personnel have priority use of this line. In the unlikely event that no one has a cell phone, Clubhouse lesees may use the phone for essential calls. No long distance calls are permitted from this phone. The Clubhouse Rental Contract has been updated with this information.
Request for Proposal, Clubhouse Lawn Care
The Board of Directors has developed a Request for Proposal for lawn care in the area surrounding the Clubhouse. The Board is soliciting vendors with a requested bid date of April 9th. The RFP may be viewed at the link on the right.

Foxcliff To Host "Morgan County Schoolhouse Quilters Guild"
Foxcliff quilters will be hosting a meeting of the Morgan County Schoolhouse Quilters Guild at the Clubhouse on Tuesday, April 15th at 6:30 PM. Julie Higgins from Bloomington will be the guest speaker and will be presenting a "trunk show" and demonstration of her work. All are welcome to attend. New Day for Board of Director Meeting:
The new Board of Directors have changed the regular meeting day for the Board of Directors from the second Monday of each month to the second Wednesday of each month. The next regular meeting of your Board of Directors is WEDNESDAY, April 9th at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Members are welcome and invited to attend.
Mrs Debra Morrison Resigns, Mr Paul Myers Appointed to Board
Due to a change in personal circumstances, Mrs. Debra Morrison has resigned from your Board of Directors. In accordance with our by-laws, the remaining members of the Board met on Wednesday, March 26th to chose an individual to hold office until the expiration of this term. We would like to thank Mr. Paul Myers for agreeing to serve on the Board through February 2010.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING -
Foxcliff Estates South held its annual memberhsip meeting on Sunday, February 10th at the Foxcliff South Clubhouse. Mr. Mark Dice presented the Treasurer's Report and Mr. Brodhacker presented the Association President's message. Both may be viewed at the link above.
The election of two new Board members, to repalce Mr. Brodhacker and Mr. Kohl, was also conducted. The candidates with the most votes were Mr. Kelly (81) and Mr. Molzon (72) and they are your new Directors. Corporation officers and committee assignments may be viewed at the FESHA Board tab.
WANTED - We are trying to revitalize the Safety Committee's membership. This committee meets "on-call" and is responsible for the Crime Watch Program and the Emergency Response Team. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact Carolyn in the Association Office.
REVISED HOURS FOR EXERCISE CLASS - The exercise class meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. in the lower level of the clubhouse. The Pilates classes have moved to Monday night. There is NO FEE for either class. Call Christine DeVincent at 349-0015 for more information.
