Foxcliff Estates South Board of Directors is soliciting bid proposals to repair a dam on one of our lakes. The Request For Proposal (RFP) may be accessed at the link to the right.
NEW OFFICE HOURS: Effective June 16th, our new Office hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Closed on Tuesdays.)
Second Wednesday of each month: Office opens at 1:00 PM to accommodate Monthly Board Meeting starting at 7:00 PM

Pool Hours Reminder: Just a reminder that school starts on August 13th. Beginning on that date weekday hours will be 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Weekend schedule will remain the same (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) The pool will close for the season on Labor Day, September 1st.
Traffic Lane Closed: The east traffic lane of North Country Club Road as it crosses the stone bridge is currently closed to all traffic. During the heavy rain on June 7th, we experienced significant washout of the dirt under the roadway and bridge. Mapleturn Utilities has replaced the exposed water main. We have spoken with Vectren concerning the gas main. They assure us there is no danger, but to be extra cautious, we have restricted traffic to only the west side of the road. Please excuse the restrictions while we find a suitable solution to this problem.
New Day for Board of Director Meeting:
The new Board of Directors have changed the regular meeting day for the Board of Directors from the second Monday of each month to the second Wednesday of each month. The next regular meeting of your Board of Directors is WEDNESDAY, July 9th at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Members are welcome and invited to attend.
Phone Installed, Rental Contract Revised - We have installed a phone in the common area of the Clubhouse. This phone shares a line with the Pool Phone. During pool operating hours, pool personnel have priority use of this line. In the unlikely event that no one has a cell phone, Clubhouse lesees may use the phone for essential calls. No long distance calls are permitted from this phone. The Clubhouse Rental Contract has been updated with this information.
WANTED - We are trying to revitalize the Safety Committee's membership. This committee meets "on-call" and is responsible for the Crime Watch Program and the Emergency Response Team. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact Carolyn in the Association Office.
REVISED HOURS FOR EXERCISE CLASS - The exercise class meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. in the lower level of the clubhouse. The Pilates classes have moved to Monday night. There is NO FEE for either class. Call Christine DeVincent at 349-0015 for more information.
