Reminder - The final installment of the 2010 Association Dues ($55.00) is due in the office no later than October 1, 2010.
Fall Garage Sale- The fall garage sale has been scheduled for Saturday, October 9th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Pool Hours: Pool is open 11:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. everyday. Beginning August 17th (School starts)it will open at 3:30 p.m. and close at 7:30 p.m.
2010 Membership Cards
Membership Cards were issued and mailed to all residents and members in good standing. (Good Standing means that all assessments and fees are paid in full). These cards will be required when coming to the pool this year. If you are a non-resident member and wish to receive your card, please contact the Association Office. If for some reason, you did not receive your card prior to the pool opening please contact the Association Office.

Second Wednesday of each month: Office opens at 1:00 PM to accommodate Monthly Board Meeting starting at 7:00 PM

Board of Director Meetings:
The Board of Directors have regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. The next regular meeting of your Board of Directors is WEDNESDAY, September 8th at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Members are welcome and invited to attend.
Phone Installed, Rental Contract Revised - We have installed a phone in the common area of the Clubhouse. This phone shares a line with the Pool Phone. During pool operating hours, pool personnel have priority use of this line. In the unlikely event that no one has a cell phone, Clubhouse lesees may use the phone for essential calls. No long distance calls are permitted from this phone. The Clubhouse Rental Contract has been updated with this information.
WANTED - We are trying to revitalize the Safety Committee's membership. This committee meets "on-call" and is responsible for the Crime Watch Program and the Emergency Response Team. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact Carolyn in the Association Office.
REVISED HOURS FOR EXERCISE CLASS - The exercise class meets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the lower level of the clubhouse. The Pilates classes have moved to Monday night. There is NO FEE for either class. Call Christine DeVincent at 349-0015 for more information.
