Foxcliff Estates South Homeowners Association members
are governed by the following:
Foxcliff Estates South Homeowner's Association was incorporated on June 14, 1985 as a Not-For-Profit Corporation.
These documents, commonly referred to as our Covenants, were established on March 16, 1989. During the first twenty (20) years, the Covenants may only be amended by the agreement of ninety percent (90 %) of the lot owners. After March of 2009, they may be amended by agreement of seventy-five percent (75 %) of the lot owners.
These Covenants have additional restrictions and generally apply to Southampton Drive, south of Norwich Place.
The Amended and Restated By-Laws govern more of the day-to-day operations of the Associaiton. These may be amended by the Board of Directors. The latest amendments were incorporated in January of 2006.
The Construction Requirements and Rules are adopted by the Board of Directors and govern the review, approval, and monitoring of new home construction as well as any exterior modifications to existing homes.
